I was humbled to be asked to write the song for this award winning (and infragably FUNNY ) podcast. I was doubly humbled to be nominated along with the podcast for Best Song in a Podcast by NJ Web Fest. And I was blown away to have actually won. Done in as low-tech fashion as I could... with many one-takes and recording with effects that could not be edited afterward ( a big no no in the industry). I chose a cold rainy day in February that would be the perfect backdrop for what I was trying to capture. I had that pre-cold whiskey voice sound and I knew it was a go!
