When some of the funniest and creative people in our humbly small state approached me about music for their then unreleased podcast, Muckey Land: a sort of Podcast, I was on it like a bum on a baloney sammich (there's a hidden joke in there for all you Muckey Landing nerds!)

Mike, Bruce, and Chris (the creative genius and one who gave birth to this puppy) are a force to be reckoned with.   They set out to create something that was side-splitting, ALL Delaware...but would appeal to folks all over the World.  They did just that and so did the world.

When they started racking up awards for the ensemble, old school radio show style  podcast I was simply honored to be associated with them.   Then, when they informed me I was nominated along with some other from all over the globe I was outta my shoes!!  

To share the moment when they called our name for Best Theme Song for a Fictional Podcast was something from which I may never recover. (just ask the ML folks)

In Sept. 2023 I was contacted by Jermey Ashley of Cutting Floor Films out of L.A.   The director/writer wanted to use my song in his forthcoming Meathook feature film.

He sent me over a trailer.  Pretty good production!  And that wasn't even the final trailer that they would end up using.   Truthfully, he had me at 'horror movie'... I was in from the start.   But when I asked Jermey where in the movie my song would be used ( I was thinking the credit roll at the end... I am SUCH a pessimist! ) I got REALLY excited!!

Turns out the song would be used at a crucial part and not just as soundtrack... but it would be part of the scene (being played from a radio from another room....) If you want to know more, what the movie!

It took a good year and a half from the time we first connected to see the results of the directors' efforts but .. WOW!  Worth the wait.    Eternally grateful.
